How much does Toolhop cost?

Browsing and listing your own tools are free. Borrowing is part of Toolhop Pro: first month free, then $2.99/month, billed through Apple.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Toolhop, then tap Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

How do refunds work?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Why does Toolhop ask for my location?

To place you in the right neighborhood and show tools near you. You can change this in iOS Settings anytime.

Who handles deposits or damage?

Borrowers and lenders agree on that between themselves. Toolhop connects neighbors but doesn't process payments between users.

How do I delete my account?

Use the delete option in the app's profile settings, or email us and we'll take care of it.

Is Toolhop in my neighborhood?

Toolhop is live in Riss Lake, Parkville, MO. Email us to bring it to your street.
